HUB Team Proves the Ability to Work with M&A Type Situations

The Situation: A bank client underwent a merger of “equals”. HUB has a long-standing
relationship with the client, however, the companies had decided to market its broker
relationship and was prepared to accept RFP (request for proposal). The Bank’s employee
benefits and property/casualty was with Marsh.
The HUB team, led by Mac Humphries and Tommy Suggs, pulled together their team of local
