Risk Services Leadership vs COVID19

The news overwhelms me these days. So rather than panic-read to skyrocket my anxiety on
the current crisis, I went to reliable sources I know I could trust.

Guy Gioino, SVP Risk Services, and Tom Heebner, SVP Risk Services, were kind enough to
take my call in the midst of how busy their days have been during this pandemic. Below they
give insight on what we should be doing.

Check to see if HUB has anything published on the subject matter you’re looking to
forward– because chances are we do. We want to promote our brand on the subject. If
there isn’t anything found on our Resource Center, yeah, it’s safe to push out.

Check how you’re selling. This situation is affecting everyone. Right now, it’s more
about a caring tone and an outreach when it comes to your clients/prospects. Try a
helpful approach like, ‘Hey, we’re thinking about you, and here’s some information, come
to our webinar…’ etc. Later on, they’ll remember HUB went out of its way to be proactive
and communicate with them and treating them like a client.
