Meet Capitol Special Risks & Keystroke Underwriters!

Capitol Special Risks (CSRisks) & Keystroke Underwriters (Keystroke) joined the SPG family
in October 2017 and is another significant success story within the HUB organization.
They are one big happy office in Atlanta, Georgia with CSRisks acting as a specialty wholesale
solution for Professional Liability, Management Liability, Cyber Liability, Tech E&O and even
Products Liability coverages. Keystroke is an MGU providing proprietary products for
Professional Liability, Cyber (Privacy Network Security and Technology E&O) and a new
Employment Practices Liability product.

Some of their accomplishments in the past year have been
to acquire a CPA program, create the HUB Exclusive Brit
Miscellaneous E&O/Cyber products, deliver a new Cyber
product for the HUB hospitality practice, and secure an
EPLI exclusive product for security guards…to name a few.
CSRisks combined with Keystroke has the highest HUB
penetration % to date of any SPG company. CSRisks and
Keystroke exemplify what it means to build products in
support of our broader organization.
The CSRisks and Keystroke teams are successful because
of the deep knowledge and experience of their staff.
Everyone is licensed within 6 months of joining the organization and everyone has at least
one relevant insurance certification within the first two years of employment. The entire team
believes in getting to the “YES” – be it on the brokerage or underwriting side, their goal is to
make you and HUB look good.

the pilot for the new RFP Builder.

services, and capabilities
relevant to any Healthcare-
related organization. This tool
is meant to provide you, the
end-user, an RFP Response
that is 70% complete.

available through the new
HUB Today platform.
