                                •  The publication performance indicators to be taken into
                                  account for promotion and annual performance appraisal.  Registrar, Research &

                             MONITORING MECHANISM


                                •  The Schools’ Publication Committee to arrange meetings (four times a year) between the
                                  Dean and staff who do not have any publications.
                                •  The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research & Innovation), Research & Innovation
                                  Management Centre, Institute of Quality Management and Registrar to arrange meetings
                                  for staff without publications with the Vice-Chancellor.
