ACTION PLAN SCHOOLS/DEPARTMENTS
INVOLVED

• Every academic staff must have collaborations with 125
industries so that more case studies can be written on Registrar, Institute for
companies Management and Business
• Fund allocation to Schools to be based on publication Research, Institute of Quality
performance Management and Schools

MONITORING MECHANISM

• The Schools’ Publication Committee to arrange meetings (four times a year) between the
Dean and staff who do not have any publications.
• The Deputy-Vice Chancellor (Research & Innovation), Research & Innovation
Management Centre, Institute of Quality Management and Registrar to arrange meetings
for staff without publications with the Vice-Chancellor.
