Dear Donny,

How’s life? It was really great to see you on television last Sunday. I was

surprised that you participated in singing audition. Well, watching your performance
gave me an idea to write this letter.

You know what? I like music, too, but I can’t sing. I can play music

instruments, such as drum and guitar. Now, I’m still learning piano. I have joined a
piano course for six months. I have piano classes on Tuesday and Friday at 4 p.m.

Last Saturday, I participated in a recital held by my course. I practiced for two months

for this recital. Fortunately, my father had bought me a piano a month after I

registered in the piano course. I played piano almost every day. You know that my

mother was a pianist, right? She helped me a lot. At the recital, I did my best. When I
finished, some people gave me a standing applause.
I want to practice more, so I can hold my own recital. Well, tell me about your

audition. I want to know why you decided to participate in the audition. I hope you will
succeed in the next round, and please, write back soon.
