1.   Let’s begin with a simple step. This is for the warm-up. Are you
                    ready? Are you standing up? Good. Then lift one leg and put it

                    down. Now lift the other and put it down. Don’t move from the
                    place. Just keep lifting your legs up and down. This is called

                    marching. Move your arms too at the same time. Let’s do that for
                    20 seconds.


                2. Now we’ll try another step. Stand on the spot, then step your
                    right foot to the right, then step it back to near the left foot. As

                    you move the foot to the right, lift both your arms up to your
                    shoulder-height. Keep your arms straight. That’s right. Then as you

                    step back, move your arms back beside you. Let’s do 10 of those.
                    Are you warm now?
