3. Great. Now put your feet wide. Move your weight to your left

                    foot and point your right toe. Now change sides and point the
                    other toe. Let’s do a few of those, from side to side. Keep going.

                    Now add the arms. As you move the weight to your left foot,
                    swing your right arm across your chest to the left side. Then do
                    that on the other side. OK now eight more of those.


                4. OK, now let’s do a stretch. Stand with your legs apart, now lift

                    your right arm straight up to the ceiling, above your head. Now
                    lean your body to the left until you feel a stretch in your right

                    side. Hold there for ten seconds. OK, now let’s do the other side.
                    Lift your arm up. Lean over to the right side. Hold for ten seconds.
