Leaving Wyrallah Road Public School next year and going to high school
will be sad and exciting because it will be sad leaving W.R.P.S and all my
friends and teachers but it will be exciting because going to high school
there are so many new things and experiences I will be able to do.

Looking back at all my memories, through my long seven years of primary
school through kindergarten and to year six there are so many things I will
miss. The main one being my friends. Since my friends and I will be going to

different schools next year it will be sad because even though we will still
be able to see each other at things like sport and music it still won’t be the
same. But that will also be a good thing about high school because I will be
able to make new friends.

One of the great things about Our school is the awesome camps we had the opportunity to do. Like
camp K where we did surfing, canoeing and swinging in the chapel. And then this year where we

went to the Coffs Coast Adventure Centre and we did the terrifying mega drop and the big swing
that tested everyone’s fear of heights, and then the activities like archery and fencing that I
wouldn’t normally have the opportunity to do that were awesome. Even though it was
disappointing that we didn’t get to go on the Canberra excursion it was so fun and a great

experience.

I think year one was my favourite year was year one with Mr Wheeler. There was something that

my seven year old self that loved Mr Wheeler's funny jokes and best of all his magic tricks! It would
be the magic ring that would disappear, the card trick, the magic book and a straight rope trick that
blew the mind of my seven year-old self and convinced me that Mr Wheeler was the “best teacher
ever!”

I think my proudest moment was when I received school Vice Captain
for 2020. I was so excited that I had the honor and couldn't wait for

next year when I could start my roles as school captain.

Even though it will be sad and exciting next year I will always have my
memories to remember and my friends to remember my years at the

great school of Wyrallah Road Public school.
