                   Super Users have access to all customers, Managers have access to their own plus the Sales
                   customers, and Sales will only have access to their own customers. Here you may view individual
                   customer’s information and Accounts Receivable aging amount.

                   Notes



















                   Purpose:  Here you may view customer comments and remarks. Comments may be created

                   in Customer File-Accounting found in Company Operating System-Customer Information.
                   Remarks may be created in Customer Notes found in Customer File in Company Operating
                   System-Customer Information.

                   Conversation






                   Purpose:  Here you may view individual customer conversation logs; this may be found in
                   Customer Conversation Log Inquiry found in Company Operating System-Customer Information.
