Super Users have access to all customers, Managers have access to their own customers and the
Sales’ customers assigned to the Manager, and Sales have access to their own customers. (To

Customer List
Purpose: Here you may view your customers.
Search: The search will show the customer ID, type, company, contact, phone and fax numbers,
email and web, city, state, zip code, sales reps, web, and several actions.
Add order: Adding an order leads to a current order where you may create a sales order from
choosing from inventory or entering item numbers.
Customer Relationship Management: CRM leads to the CRM notes of the customer.
