Step 4: Initialize Warehouse Bin Instock Quantity
Option1: Entire Bin Count (Cycle Count)

a. Before Cycle count
I. Export OMS Warehouse quantity & Import into WMS Virtue Bin
b. During Cycle Count
I. PocketOMS for Web -> Bin Update -> Entire Bin Count
c. After Cycle Count

I. Zero out all remaining quantities in Virtue Bin
Option2: PDA Physical Count
a. Before PDA Physical Count

I. Stop shipping and receiving operations
II. Post all pending transactions in the Bin transaction Log Inquiry
b. During PDA Physical Count – Count all items in your warehouse
Path: PocketOMS for Web -> Bin Update -> Physical Count
c. After PDA Physical count – Post Count – WMS and COS have the same In-Stock

Quantity
Skip Un-Counted bins or Update In-stock to 0 on un-counted bins
Path: WMS/Update/PDA Physical Count Posting
