Introducing Bideford A.F.C.


       Aaron Taylor
       Age: 24
       Position: Midfielder
       Club captain Aaron is from Westward Ho! and joined us after being released by Plymouth
       Argyle in the summer of 2018. As a youngster Aaron attended Bideford College and played
       his early football for Bideford Blues.
       Adam Seedhouse Evans
       Age: 24
       Position: Goalkeeper
       Goalkeeper Adam Seedhouse Evans joined the club from rivals Barnstaple Town during the
       2021/22 season having previously played for Cullompton Rangers. Adam made an incredible
       four saves out of four in the penalty shootout in which Bideford won the Devon St Luke's
       Cup in 2022.
       Alex Byrne
       Age: 26
       Position: Defender
       Alex Byrne is a former Exeter City youngster who spent some time on loan at Weston-Super-
       Mare and Truro City before making a handful of first team appearances for the Grecians. Alex
       signed for Weston-Super-Mare for whom he played for just over a season then joined The
       Robins in 2019.
       Archie Reay
       Age: 22
       Position: Midfielder
       Midfielder Archie Reay originally joined us from Barnstaple Town during the 2018/19 season
       before moving on to Willand Rovers and another short spell at Barnstaple. Archie re-signed
       for the club in the summer of 2022.
       Ashley Mitchell
       Age: 22
       Position: Defender
       Defender Ashley Mitchell joined us from Barnstaple Town in the summer of 2022. Ashley has
       also previously played for Cullompton Rangers.
       Ben Wood
       Age: 35
       Position: Midfielder
       Attacking midfielder  Ben Wood  has  made over 300 appearances for Bideford in  multiple
       spells with the club. Ben has won the Western League Title, Southern League Division One
       Title and the Devon St Luke's Cup during his time with the club. He is now Player/Assistant
       Manager for The Robins.
       Charlie Madden
       Age: 26
       Position: Defender/Midfielder
       Versatile defender/midfielder Charlie Madden joined the club in early 2023 having previously
       represented Dorchester Town, Truro City and Weston-super-Mare.
       Finn Roberts
       Age: 22
       Position: Defender/Midfielder
       Finn  Roberts  joined  the  club  from  Buckland  Athletic  during  the
       summer of 2023.
