Biography: David joined us in June 2021 to form the Joint Management Team with both
Matt Huxley and George Boon having previously managed, and coached at,
Tytherington Rocks in the Hellenic League as well as coached at Roman Glass
St George. David is well known in the local football scene having played for a
number of clubs including The Heath and is a UEFA B Qualified Coach.

Biography: Another club legend. After a youth career at Bristol City, and a short spell at
Bristol Manor Farm, George has been at the heart of the Heath team for a
number of seasons, making 341 appearances and scoring 67 goals. An out and
out left winger, he’s a creative force and regularly tops the assists for the
season. Has become Joint Player Manager for the 2021/22 season alongside
David Doe and Matt Huxley.

Biography: The very definition of a club legend. After a youth career at Southampton, Matt
cruelly had his pro career at the Saints cut short and returned to Bristol to forge
a phenomenal goalscoring career in the non-league scene. After short,
goalscoring, spells at Weston-Super-Mare and Bitton, Matt signed for Oldland
Abbotonians and scored a total of 150 goals in 155 games. After short spells at
Yate and Mangotsfield, Matt signed for Cadbury Heath and is the club’s all time
top scorer with an unbelievable 273 goals in 331 appearances. Matt’s scored 412
goals in 460 Western League appearances. Left the club and signed for Oldland
in September 2020 but has returned in June 2021 as Joint Player Manager for
the 2021/22 season alongside David Doe and George Boon.

Name: Ollie Jones

Biography: A goalkeeper who was previously with Little Stoke and the successful
Almondsbury U18 side. Ollie joined the Heath in July 2019 and was an ever
present in the 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons making 47 appearances in all
competitions.
Name: Jordan Schofield
Position: Goalkeeper Past Clubs: Tytherington Rocks
Biography: Keeper who has previously played for Tytherington Rocks in the Hellenic League
and joined The Heath in July 2021.
Name: Tristan Ferguson

Biography: Keeper who has previously played in Bristol football and joined The Heath in July
2021.
Name: Tom Smallman
Position: Full Back, Midfield Past Clubs: Longwell Green, Oldland Abbotonians
Biography: Tom returned to The Heath in July 2020 from Longwell Green having played for
us a number of years ago as well as featuring for several other local clubs. Made
9 appearances for The Heath in the 2020/21 season.
