Welcome to the Big Local Stadium
Greetings everyone and welcome to the Big Local Stadium, in
particular the management and players of today’s visitors Devizes
Town F.C. for this Uhlsport Hellenic League First Division fixture. We
should also welcome our Match Officials and hope they enjoy their
stay with us.
The Bank Holiday weekend did not go very well for us, suffering
defeats to Abingdon United (0-3) and league newcomers Sporting
Club Inkberrow (0-4) and we now find ourselves in the bottom three
places in the First Division table.
Today’s visitors Devizes Town have switched to the Hellenic League
from the Toolstation Western League and are taking their time
finding their feet in their new surroundings. Let’s hope we can take
advantage of this to kick-start our own campaign.
I hope you all enjoy the game and I look forward to seeing you here
again next time.
