Genero Adran League

Swansea City are closing in on the title following their 4-1 victory over Cardiff City Women.
Karmyn Carter gave the Swans a second minute lead which was doubled by Stacey John-Davis,
with Danielle Green pulling one back just before half time. Chloe Chivers restored the advantage
after the break and John-Davis netted a second to put the seal on a result which leaves Swansea
within one win of being crowned Champions again. Cardiff Met Women meanwhile kept their
hopes alive by beating Aberystwyth Town 2-0, thanks to goals within the last seventeen
minutes from Lauren Hutton-Townsend and Emily Richards.
A win would have seen Pontypridd Town top of the Plate Conference but instead they
were beaten 1-0 by Port Talbot Town, Courteney Thomas scoring the only goal of the game.
The New Saints boosted their hopes of climbing off the bottom with a 2-0 victory over Barry
Town Utd, courtesy of second half goals from Beth Lewis and Caitlin Chapman.
Llandudno are the Champions of Genero Adran North after winning a dramatic title
decider 3-2 against Wrexham. Amber Lightfoot put Wrexham ahead after four minutes but
Jasmin Dutton levelled matters soon after, and TJ Dickens restored Wrexham’s lead on the stroke
of half time. India Hassall equalised just before the hour and the striker was to score a match - and
title - clinching second goal a minute from time. Bethel Ladies took third place after a Mari
Gibbard hat-trick and Fflur Williams gave them a 4-1 victory over Connah’s Quay Nomads,
whose consolation was scored by Ella Wall. Second half goals from Sarah Gray and Stacey
Sansome earned CPDG Pwllheli a 2-0 win against Llanfair Utd and Airbus UK Broughton
were 3-0 winners away to Denbigh Town, thanks to a hat-trick from Tegan Hewitt. Bethel
