The County Leagues...


       Gloucestershire League
       Pucklechurch Sports are the league Champions, having clinched the title with a 1-0 victory
       over Olveston Utd on Sunday. Jessica Wilson headed in the only goal of the game during first
       half injury time to put them beyond the reach of their second placed opponents. Bristol &
       West meanwhile continue to finish the season in good form and they defeated Longlevens
       2-0, thanks to a goal in each half from Robyn Pegler.
            In Division Two, Tuffley Rovers' title hopes took a severe blow when they were beaten
       4-1 by Cheltenham Civil Service. Gemma Riley netted twice along with Jessica Brown and
       Jasmine Hart to help the visitors continue their good finish to the campaign, whilst Tuffley's
       consolation  came  from  Holly  Kay.  City  of  Gloucester  are  off  the  bottom  of  the  table
       following their 3-1 victory over Cirencester Town, whose reply was scored by Nikola Biskup.
            Division Three leaders Bradley Stoke withstood a second half fightback from Stoke
       Lane Athletic in their local derby to win 3-2 and preserve their three point advantage. Emily
       Jacklin, Natalie Lewis and Alex Thomson put Bradley Stoke three ahead at half time, before
       the home side hit back in the second half with two replies. Whitchurch & Bristol kept up
       the chase in second as they defeated Winchcombe Town 4-0, courtesy of an Ilarna Nche
       brace, Harriette Gammon and Sarah Fernando. Bristol Ladies Union Development stay
       third but lost ground as they drew 1-1 with Mitcheldean SC, who scored through Chelsea
       Stevens. Courtney Lusmore scored the only goal of the game as Olveston Utd Res won 1-0
       against Southmead Community Sport to move up to fourth place, ahead of Kingswood
       Women who were beaten 2-0 by Downend Flyers Res, Faith Flynn and Michaela Adams
       scoring the goals.
       Greater London League
       Islington Borough have returned to the top of the Premier Division following their 3-2 win
       away to Headstone Manor. Rachel Anderson netted twice and Sasha Lewin the other for
       Islington,  with  Jade  Doherty  and  Jemma  Forey  replying.  Previous  leaders  Clapton
       Community went down to their first defeat of the season, beaten 4-2 by Comets despite
       goals from Mari Mogstad Eri and Marta Perez. Michelle Keating (2), Lina Velcheva and Elsa
       Wu were all on target for Comets. Bromley FC Ladies meanwhile scored ten times without
       reply past Edgware Town and this result has taken them up to second, Terri-Ann Warren
       bagging  a  four-goal  haul  with  the  others  from  Jade  Davenport,  Samantha  Kilroy-Downs,
       Hannah-Elizabeth Paige, Lucy Rix, Charlotte Lee and Abigail Igbavboa. Faye Butler, Megan
       Button and Georgina Wickham were all on the scoresheet as Sutton Utd U23 won 3-0 away
       to Enfield Town 3rds.
            Impact FC Women have gone through to the quarter finals of the John Greenacre
       Memorial Trophy after beating Balham Panthers 4-1. Ashleigh Lewis-Shodeinde led the
       scoring for Impact with a hat-trick and Andrea John was also on target, with Lily Hale replying.
       Sheffield & Hallamshire League
       A brace by Grace Sanderson helped Division One leaders Harworth Colliery to a 2-1 win
       over  Barnsley  (Women)  Development.  Harriet  Lloyd  netted  for  Barnsley  who  were
       previously unbeaten on their travels. Harworth have 25 points from 11 games, eight points
       ahead of Dronfield Town who have played two games fewer. Kris Humble scored the game’s
       only goal early in the second half to give Dronfield victory at Sheffield Utd Community
       Foundation who had started the day in second place. Another hat-trick by Gemma Harte
       along with a goal by Jenna McGee gave AFC Bentley a 4-0 victory at Handsworth. Jess
       Broadhurst, Eva Butler and Brooke Robinson netted for Rotherham Utd Whitehill in their
       3-0 victory over Wakefield Trinity U21 who remain anchored in bottom spot without a
       point from ten games.
