Exeter City and Gloucester City and arrived at City with an impressive pedigree. James made
37 appearances during six years at St James Park before joining the White Tigers where he
has become a fans favourite over the last three seasons. Following the curtailment of the
Southern League season in 2021, he joined Torquay United on loan before returning to Truro
and agreeing on a new contract. He agreed terms on a new deal in May 2023.

Versatile defender Ben Adelsbury joined the club in the summer of 2022. The 31-year-old
arrived at the club with a wealth of Non-League experience which has seen him play for the
likes of Salisbury, Bath City, Eastbourne Borough, and most recently Taunton Town where he
won the Southern League Premier South title last season. Ben had a previous spell with the
White Tigers between 2015 and 2017 where he made 53 appearances before going on to
spend 5 successful years in Somerset with the Peacocks.
Connor RILEY-LOWE
Age – 26 DOB – 10/01/1996 Position – Defender Nationality – English
Previous Clubs – Exeter City, Weymouth, Bath City.
Riley-Lowe started his career with League Two side Exeter City, where he came through the
club’s academy before signing his first professional contract with the Grecians in 2014. He
ended up making 14 first-team appearances for the club, in between having two highly
successful loan spells in Cornwall with Truro. Following his release from the Devon side, he
was quickly snapped up by the White Tigers on a permanent basis in the summer of 2017
where he starred across two campaigns and was named Player of the Year on both occasions
before deciding to leave to join Bath City in 2019. He returned to City after a year away
following his release from the Somerset side in 2020. He was named Player of the Year once
again last season.
Shane WHITE
Age – 32 DOB – 20/03/1990 Position – Defender Nationality – English
Previous Clubs – Plymouth Argyle, Weymouth, Falmouth Town, St Blazey, Taunton
Town.
The versatile player can operate across the backline or in midfield re-joined the White Tigers
after 4 years away with Taunton Town in 2020. He starred for the Peacocks in their FA Cup
First Round run as well as their promotion to the Southern League. He originally joined the
club on loan in 2008 from Plymouth Argyle before signing permanently in 2013 and had 3
incredibly successful seasons before joining the Somerset outfit. He scored the goal that saw
us promoted back to the National League South in 2015 in a 1-0 home win over St Neots
Town. He agreed to new terms to extend his stay in May 2023.
Kyle EGAN
Age – 23 DOB – 05/12/1998 Position – Defender Nationality – English
Previous Clubs – Exeter City, Bideford, Dorchester Town, Tiverton Town.
Full-back Kyle Egan joined the White Tigers in the summer of 2022 from league rivals
Tiverton Town. The 23-year-old started his career with Exeter City where he came through
the academy, and he made his professional debut for the Grecians in 2016 before
subsequent loan spells with both Bideford and Dorchester Town. He was released from
Exeter and signed for the Magpies on a permanent basis in 2018 where he went on to make
122 appearances, scoring 4 goals. He signed for Tiverton in February 2020 and has
impressed in Devon over the past two years before agreeing terms to join Truro.
