Midfielder Ryan Brett joined fellow midfielder Shane White in making the switch back to
Truro from Taunton Town in 2020. He started his career with Plymouth Argyle be enduring
success with Salisbury City. He spent three seasons with Truro before joining Taunton in
2017. He returned to Truro last season and played a key role in Paul Wotton’s side before
the season was curtailed. He signed a new deal with the club in May 2023.
Ollie KNOWLES
Age – 29 DOB – 23/07/1992 Position – Midfielder Nationality - English
Previous Clubs – Exeter City, Barnstaple Town, Bath City, Weston‑Super‑Mare,
Paulton Rovers, Evesham United, Tiverton Town, Frome Town, Salisbury.
Midfielder Ollie Knowles joined the White Tigers in June 2022 becoming Paul Wotton’s
second signing of the summer. The 28-year-old started his career with Exeter City where he
progressed through the Grecians academy and earnt himself a professional deal in 2012. He
was released a year later after a loan spell with Barnstaple Town before spending time with
Bath City, Weston‑Super‑Mare, Paulton Rovers, Evesham United, Frome Town in two
different spells, Tiverton Town and two seasons with the White Tigers between 2015 and
2017. He joined Salisbury in 2019 and has been at the Raymond McEnhill Stadium for the
last 3 seasons before agreeing to return to City this summer.
Will DEAN
Age – 21 DOB – 28/09/2000 Position – Midfielder Nationality - English
Previous Clubs – Exeter City, Bath City.
Will Dean joined the club on a permanent basis in 2021 after his release from Exeter City.
Having gone through the Grecians Academy setup, Will spent the 2019/20 on loan with the
White Tigers where he was voted the Players Player of the Season. He returned the St James
Park and made his debut for the first team in September 2020 in a 2-2 draw with Salford
City. A loan move to Bath City then followed before he was released by Exeter that summer.
There was a lot of interest from higher leagues, but Will chose the White Tigers as the place
to play his football.
Jack RICE
Age – 22 DOB – 20/01/2000 Position – Midfielder Nationality - English
Previous Clubs – Plymouth Argyle, Yeovil Town, Bideford, Taunton Town, Tiverton
Town and Barnstaple Town, Willand Rovers.
Attacking midfielder Jack Rice was Paul Wotton’s third summer recruit signing from Willand
Rovers. The 22-year-old energetic striker who can play in the No 10 position or as the main
striker joins the White Tigers having previously represented Plymouth Argyle, Yeovil Town,
Bideford, Taunton Town, Tiverton Town, and Barnstaple Town. After a highly successful
season for Willand, last year Manager Paul Wotton moved quickly to secure his services for
the 2022/23 season.
Daniel SULLIVAN
Age – 27 DOB – 01/09/1994 Position – Forward Nationality - English
Previous Clubs – Plymouth Argyle, Torquay United, Hereford, Bodmin Town,
Tavistock, Taunton Town.
Striker Dan Sullivan who hails from Plymouth joined the White Tigers this summer after 5
highly successful years with Taunton. He helped the Peacocks gain promotion from both the
Southern League Division One South and the Southern League Premier South. He made 160
appearances for the Somerset-based outfit, scoring 55 goals. Sullivan who has had spells
with Plymouth Argyle and Torquay United has featured for Truro in the past. He had a short
loan period with the club back in 2015 following his departure from Torquay. Prior to his time
