KEYNSHAM TOWN F.C.
Mutterings
Good Evening,
Firstly I would like to say how good it to finally
be back playing football, and welcome Exmouth
Town to Keynsham.
I hope everyone involved with both Keynsham
Town and tonight’s opponents have all
managed to stay safe in these testing times
since we last kicked a ball in anger, and we can
finally get back to some sort of normality,
starting with tonight’s FA Cup tie.
Since we’ve had the green light to start back
with football, the club has been working
tirelessly to make sure we can get back playing
in a safe environment.
From the management team and on behalf of
the players, it really is appreciated. There are
too many of you to mention, but you know who
you are, so thanks to you all.
Since we’ve returned to training, the
commitment of the players had been fantastic.
From the social distancing sessions to the
friendlies we’ve played, they’ve taken on board
what’s been asked of them, and hopefully
tonight they can get the right result after all
their hard work.
You will see some new faces tonight in the
Keynsham colours, as we welcome Jordan
Metters & Jack Dancey who have joined from
Bristol Manor Farm & Larkhall respectively.
They are great additions to the squad and will
only add to our quality.
You will also see a new face in the dugout this
season. Josh Burton has stepped up from
managing our reserves to join the First Team
management set-up.
Josh had done a fantastic job with the reserves
gaining promotion to the Somerset Premier
