In Town today
played for Beaconsfield Town, Staines Town, Ware and Chalfont St Peter.
Tomasz Siemienczuk is a local boy who grew up ten minutes from Hanwell. After finishing
university in Norwich, Tom moved back to London and joined the club last season making
an immediate impact with a goal in our opening game of the season against Bracknell Town.
Gareth Chendlik-After joining the 100 club last season ,Gareth is entering his fifth
season with the club. He is a firm favourite with the fans and was our leading goalscorer in
the abandoned 2019/20 season.Unfortunately a severe leg injury suffered in a pre season
friendly last season ruled him out of action for much of the season but he recovered in time
to play in our final ten fixtures and he scored crucial goals in the run up to the play offs. He
has previously played for Dorking Wanderers, Hemel Hempstead and Harrow Borough.
Adam Laaref heads into his second season with the club after being spotted at a Sunday
League Cup Final. He is a tricky pacy winger who causes problems for defenders. He had a
brilliant pre season and scored Hanwell’s first ever goal at level three with his first touch of
the ball after coming on as a substitute in our opening game against Truro City.
Dernell Wynter joined the club from neighbours Harrow Borough towards the end of last
season having also previously played for Enfield Town, Chesham and Northwood. He was a
regular member of the squad in the build up to the ‘play off’s ‘scoring several crucial goals.
We were delighted when he opted to remain with us this season.
Kain Adom is a new signing having previously played for Staines Town and Ashford Town
(Middx). After a strong pre season we are looking forward to seeing Kain in action as we
begin our foray into the unknown waters of Level Three.
Matt Mackenzie is another new signing who has joined from South Park after coming to
our attention when he played against us for South Park last season. We welcome him to the
club and look forward to seeing him play for the Geordies this season.
Chid Onokwai is a player that the management team have been after for a few seasons.
He has previously played for FC Romania, St Albans, Hendon, Chesham and Hayes &
Yeading. He had a difficult pre season suffering a couple of injuries but is now back to full
fitness.
