P. 3

Good evening and a very warm welcome to the players,
coaching team and supporters of our visitors Portishead
Town for our second home Toolstation Western League
Division One game of the season. Our committee would
also like to welcome today’s match officials, referee Mike
Halford and his 2 assistants, Connor Holmes & Christos
       Kanatsoulis.

Now that a little over a year has passed since the
decision last summer of Keynsham Town’s manager,
support staff and the bulk of the First Team squad to
move on, the club is looking forward to our second
season in partnership with Total Pro Soccer.
The FA’s baffling decision to relegate us to the Toolstation Western League Division
One has sunk in now, and despite a tough start to the season, an excellent 3-2
away win at Cheddar 3 days ago brings more promise for the weeks ahead.

Despite the rising running costs which the club has had to bear, which have
affected sports clubs in the same way they do individuals, admission prices for
Mens’ games at Crown Fields have been frozen again for the fifth season running
at £7 for adults and £4 for those aged over 65 (Under 16s free); Reserve games
are a flat rate £3 for over 16s.

However you can save yourselves money by purchasing a season ticket, which
entitle free admission to all home League games for both the First Team and
Reserves for next season; these are priced at a bargain £99 for adults and £59 for
over 65s. For an additional £12, it is also possible to buy a permit for free car
parking in the stadium car park valid for 12 months. Season tickets can be
purchased on the day of a game at the ground, or alternatively please email me on
       jules1233@live.com .
The club would also like to thank its band of loyal local sponsors, including Smart
Computers and McGill Transport (First Team), The Old Bank (Reserves) and our kit
suppliers KitCo, whose financial input and support will help us to keep progressing
both on and off the pitch. In addition to this, the stadium’s facility management
company has also just announced a sponsorship deal for the ground with Paprika
Bristol, which will also be of benefit to the club moving forward.
As always, I thank you in anticipation of your support for our young team in the
       weeks ahead!

       Up the Ks!!

       Jules French (Club Secretary)
