This text will provide both a structure together with a collection of practical tools and resources to guide you and your Leadershift team in your efforts to shift the paradigm of teaching, learning, and assessment in your learning organization. Specifically, we will engage you in a comprehensive study of your organization, leveraging our extensive experience and utilizing our tools and resources to:
•gain a deeper understanding of the essential six pillars, elements, and indicators that define exemplary modern learning organization;
•assess, evaluate, and establish a baseline measurement that provides a descriptive “snapshot” of the current state of teaching, learning, and assessment practices in your organization;
•identify the current strengths and priority needs of your organization;
•formulate a shared “2020 Vision” that defines the learning organization you want to achieve by the year 2020; and
•formulate a shared organizational action plan that will chart the course towards attainment of your 2020 Vision.
