As we get our first
view of Kylemore
Abbey, the sun
actually comes out.
We cruise thru the
gift shop without
buying anything.
A very stern
looking nun stands
guard in the shop
with her arms
folded. I figured she is
there to put the fear of
God into any would be
shoplifters. I think it is
working.
Even though M claims she’s given up looking for a sweater like
the one she got Sally, we can’t resist stopping at a large woolen
shop. A young man is thatching the roof and I hang around
outside taking pictures cause he is cute and the thatching
process looks interesting.
