Poole need the members of the United Reformed Church. Where
there is loneliness, we can bring companionship. Where there is
hopelessness, we can bring hope. Where there is grief, we can
bring comfort. Where there is meaninglessness, we can help
others meet the Author and Perfector of our faith – the One Who
gives our lives so much purpose and meaning. Collectively and
collaboratively, we can continue to make a difference bringing
hope, joy, peace, and love to the needy. ‘Dominion’ may seem like
a strong word, and, indeed it is, but it is a Biblical word – the
language of the Kingdom of Heaven – the Kingdom that challenges
what is lacking in the kingdoms of humankind. In Isaiah 9:2, God
calls it His ‘government’.
Let’s work on our Doctrine and Dominion, and some of you may
feel that developing diligence is also a pretty wholesome goal for
2024. May you have a blessed year!
