Purbeck Furniture Bank
(Previously Besom in Purbeck)
Dear Friends
This is to thank everyone who voted for Purbeck
Furniture Bank, alongside the splendid Greengage,
Community Garden, to be Swanage URCs charity for 2026. We are
very grateful that Swanage United Reformed Church once again
has come up trumps for us.
Our van, without which we couldn’t function, is where the bulk of
our funding is required.
Our warehouse is fairly full at the moment but we are in need of
kitchen utensils (wooden spoons, serving spoons, tin openers etc)
and white goods: fridges, freezers, fridge/freezers, washing
machines, cookers. Not items you often have two of!
Please spread the word.
