DISTRICT GOVERNOR’S CITATION

RI DISTRICT 3201 ROTARY YEAR 2021-2022

District Governor’s Citation intends to honor those these achievements during the year and award the
Rotary Clubs that support the District Priorities Citation during the District Awards Ceremony. All
and enhances the value of Rotary Service. Clubs Achievements will be compared with membership
have one full Rotary year to achieve the following figures as on 1st July 2021 and will be recognized
Citation goals. District Governor will take note of with the figures as on 15th June 2022.

DG CITATION LEVELS

DG Citation has 4 levels:

f Bronze

f Silver
f Gold
f Platinum

Mandatory Requirements for Citation

All members to have ‘My Rotary’ account in www.rotary.org

Club Goals and achievements to be uploaded in Rotary Central
All members profiles to be updated in District website

All newly inducted Members to be reported in rotary.org and District Website within a week of induction
Attendance & Monthly Activities Reports to be filed for every month by 7th of the succeeding month in
the District Website

MEMBERSHIP

Clubs must achieve a net increase in membership as per the following:

Bronze Silver Gold Platinum
Membership as on 1st July 2021 Membership net increase on 15th June 2022

Clubs with less than 20 members 30% 40% 50% 60%
Clubs between 20 & 30 members 20% 30% 40% 50%
Clubs between 30 & 40 members 10% 20% 30% 40%
Clubs above 40 members 5% 10% 20% 30%
Add Young Members below 40 years of age 1 2 4 6

Add Women Members 1 2 4 6
