MATERIALITY

Our sustainability framework is largely shaped by our materiality process which is considered a very important element
of our reporting methodology. Needless to state the COVID-19 pandemic played a fundamental role in deciding what
was material for the year under review.

The pandemic brought about significant economic impacts, paradigm shift globally with the way we viewed our
dependence on traditional fossil fuel versus renewable energy with respect to our energy demand, as well as political
                    and social upheavals.

This necessitated a review of our materiality assessment processes and its relevance to the global dynamics and the
concomitant impact on the economic, social and environmental impacts of our sustainability pathway.

Our materiality process is equally influenced by international standards, local operating environment, industry
standards and global best practices, our policies, code of conduct, stakeholder concerns and our commitment to the
                    SDG goals.
