Risk Management And Whistle Blowing
Employees are often the first to realize a wrong-doing that is being or has been perpetuated within an organization. They
may however choose not to express their concerns as they may sense that speaking up would be disloyal to their
colleagues or to the organization.
At Waltersmith, we believe that employees should work in an environment that allows them to speak out against
infractions and actions deemed inimical to the corporate growth and reputation of the company.
Our Whistle-blowing policy supports and encourages its employees to report and disclose improper or illegal activities,
and also addresses complaints that allege threats or intimidation against employees who report improper or illegal
activities. Our whistle-blower form outlines the necessary steps to be taken in reporting an issue.
All reported issues are thoroughly investigated and treated with utmost confidentiality.
