When are Agreements and
Disagreements Used?
agreement is used when you are in the same
"position" as the other person. Meanwhile,
disagreement is used when you feel that what the
other person said doesn't make you comfortable

FUNTIONS

Apart from its main function, which is to express approval and
disapproval of something, there are actually other functions.

Agreement and disagreement can help us hone our skills in asking and
giving opinions too. Moreover, the disagreement will usually be
followed by additional opinions or reasonable reasons.

EXPRESSION OF AGREEMENT

There are levels to express agreement. If you have ever filled out a research
questionnaire, researchers usually give you the choice of "agree" or "strongly
agree" with a statement.

Well, the reason is because, usually there is someone who only agrees because
they follow the majority of people's opinions or because they have limited
knowledge, then there are also those who strongly agree, a.k.a their position
cannot be contested because they have stronger knowledge of something.
