BiTS: Oh, okay.

RB: Yeah, that was five shows in three days. So not too much [laughs].

BiTS: [Laughing].

RB: To be honest, I mean, the only date that they could offer me at the Tuesday Night Music Club
to launch this album in the next kind of like three months was last night. And I said, well, I might
be a bit tired because I've just done five gigs in three days and then we'll have another one tagged
on. So I thought, well, we're going to do it anyway. So we did it and it was great. It was really
good. So, yeah, we played Belfast City Blues, which is a nice festival, and just sort of venues dotted
over Belfast and that was great. We had a good time there. We were very well looked after as
well.

BiTS: Are you actively looking for gigs for the big band?
RB: Yes. Well actually, I am, although I’m not just right now as we speak. I will be in the next few
weeks, let's put it that way. I’m just a little bit in recovery mode at the moment because I've been

working really hard, and I just need to take a little breather and actually I've got lots and lots of
work coming up. Mainly with the trio actually, for the next couple of months. But I am, oh for
sure, I am looking for work with the big band for sure. No doubt about that, because the big band
deserves to go out. We've already done quite a few festivals with it, and we need to do some
more. We've been overlooked this year, sadly, but never mind. We don't mind. You know, we'll
crack on and we'll get booked for some more festivals, I know we will, so.

BiTS: Believe me, this album will drag people to you, and you'll be faces around the country, if
not around the world.

RB: Ah, bless you. Thank you very much indeed. That's very kind of you, mate.

BiTS: Well, I intend to do whatever I can. I've already played some tracks on my radio show as
have many of my colleagues in the IBBA, and I'm absolutely sure it's going to be big for you.
