A surprising track of note is
Dylan’s interpretation of the Miles Davis instrumental jazz classic “All Blues”. Dylan not only
brings vocals and lyrics to the song, but a modern take on traditional scat singing. While an
opinionated purist might be taken aback by his non-traditional approach, Triplett has grown up
in the musical times of Pop Diva theatrics, where more notes is best, not the age-old jazz adage
of “less is more”. It is this generational sensibility Dylan brings to his update of the tune. And he
    does it well.

I asked Dylan Triplett to tell us about his life, career and his debut release titled Who is He? This
    is what he told me

LL: Would you tell us about your family and about growing up in St. Louis?

DT: I grew up in a household with four brothers, a mother who’s a post office worker and step

dad who is a car salesman. There was always music playing no matter the time of day. Local or
legends! Musical influences spread to my brothers and extended family as they grew up
hearing some of the same things I did as well. Holidays always consisted of family jam sessions
filled with improvised songs and songs from other famous artists. Music and storytelling have
always been an integral part of my foundation
