BiTS: Where do you want to be say in ten years’ time?

JO: Well, if I can keep this going, you know, and keep doing all the gigs, that's what I want to do,
    you know.

BiTS: Tell me about the tours. You say you've been to America a couple of times. Where have
    you been to?

JO: Once I've been to America and I'm going again in September, we went to Connecticut.

    BiTS: Oh, yes.

JO: So that part and we recorded one of the gigs and we released a “Live in the USA” CD.

BiTS: Tell me something about where you find your music from. Do you listen to a lot of stuff
    these days or what?

JO: Well, yes, I mean I'm a big record collector. I collect LPs and I collect 45s, you know, so I’m
    always buying stuff.

BiTS: There's quite a big, I suppose you'd call it rock and
Dave Edmunds roll scene in Wales. Is that your impression as well?

JO: Yes, I mean, you’ve got Dave Edmunds and that,

who's one of the best I think. I'm a big fan of Edmunds.
BiTS: Tell me something about how you organise the
band. I mean, in the sense of managing it. Do you go on

stage with a set list, or do you just call it as you feel as
                                                   you're going along?

JO: Well, I mean, it depends because if we're doing like
a venue gig, ticketed gig, we're going to play more
original material and then we might do a rock and roll
gig where they can have a jive, so we do rock and roll
stuff. You know, I mean, if we're playing in a pub I do a
mixture of rock and roll, blues, country, some of my own
songs. Depends what people ask for. Some of the
instrumentals, you know. So it all depends on what type
of gig it is. Sometimes we do duo gigs without the
drummer. Sometimes I do gigs on my own, solo, you
                                                   know?

BiTS: Do you have an outstanding experience as far as
gigs are concerned, somewhere where you were playing perhaps when you thought, what on
Earth am I doing here, this is wonderful?

JO: Yes, I played in a place called Carter Farm in Connecticut. The promoter sold 300 tickets and
I was playing Danny Gatton’s 1954 Gibson ES295, and that was extremely surreal really, because
I'd always wanted to play in America. Gatton is one of my favourite guitar players. I was playing
his guitar in front of all these people. That was a real outstanding moment, and also recently

Steve Gibbons got up and sang with us. I’ve liked Steve Gibbons since I was a kid, so that was
    cool as well.

BiTS: What about the worst experience that you've ever had?
