RM: Heather Newman is from Kansas City. She is singing back-up here but she is also a
talented bassist and writer. Brandon Hudspeth is also from Kansas City and is a talented
guitarist and writer. He plays on the majority of the tracks. Howard Mahan is the guitarist on
the other tracks. He is also from Kansas City and also a talented guitarist and writer. The other
person is my dad Jack McAllister. But it is actually me. He passed away and I wanted to pay
tribute to him.

LL: How’s your pandemic experience been?

RM: Actually it's been OK. I have made my living as a touring artist for the last 35 years. It's
been kind of good to not have to bust it up and down the road. I have a friend that I do a duo
with and that has been working real well.

LL: What can your fans look forward to coming up for you?

RM: I will get back into the studio here very soon and start working on electric versions of the
songs on the acoustic CD.
