2.2.3 Learning Environment Creation Competency




                           For assessing competency to develop and contribute to a positive and nurturing learning

                           •    Do I have clear ideas about a healthy and engaging learning environment?

                           •    Do I have knowledge about various classroom settings- placement of desks and

                                chairs to maximize class interaction?

                           •    Do I have knowledge about age-appropriate display boards in the class?


                           •    Can I perceive the pulse of the class?


                           •    Am I able to connect with the students and encourage interaction by being available
                                for them?


                           •    Do I inspire, create enthusiasm and motivate the students to bring out the best in

                                their learning?
