Drawings:

Including preliminary drawings with your Proposal will greatly enhance your
presentation. The drawings can be on 8-1/2”x 11” sized paper and indexed with your Outline
Specifications or full size 24”x 36” folded and placed in an envelope fastened to the inside back
page of your booklet.

Renderings:

Presenting a three-dimensional colored perspective with your Proposal will make for a
Professional presentation. The costs involved will dictate the Proposals where this would be
practical, effective or absolutely necessary.
