Presentation Booklet:

This is where most of the pertinent information will be presented. The format preferred is
a booklet for 8 ½” x 11” pages that can have individual sheets added or removed easily, similar
to a three-ring binder or spiral type binding. Consideration should be given to customizing each
presentation, avoiding a “cookie-cutter” type booklet. The typical Presentation Booklet prepared
in duplicate should include the following indexed items.

Cover sheet to identify project, visible through a window opening in the front cover.

Introductory letter and general information outlining your proposal.

Outline the basis and general parameters of your proposal.
Clearly describe unique or special circumstances and items.

Proposal letter of offer including important elements.

Project size in total area or dimensions.
Total cost with or without allowances.
Status of taxes included or excluded.
Terms of payment
Form of contract Acceptance

Specifications and Drawings depending on the particular project.

Scope, outline, performance, or complete standards specification.
Schematic sketches.
