TExGUIDE provides teachers with a bridge among curriculum, aligned resources, and instructional planning. TExGUIDE
increases the efficiency and quality of lesson planning for teachers, which directly impacts student learning outcomes.
TExGUIDE aligns with the TEKS Resource System curriculum and the scope and sequence of instructional units.
Campuses must purchase the TEKS Resource System to utilize this product (see page 28).

Do your teachers feel like they are on an island, planning alone with little content support? Are students struggling with
primary and secondary source analysis, which is prevalent on the STAAR assessment? Join ESC 3 for an in-depth
study of time periods and TEKS, lesson planning, and intervention strategies for the eighth-grade US History class-
room. Through the LMS Canvas and ePLCs, teachers will expand their content knowledge and collaborate with other
Region 3 social studies teachers to develop structures to create engaging lessons and activities.
