            This service is designed to assist districts in the recruitment of highly qualified, certified, and caring staff members. By
            working together, participating districts are able to maximize their recruitment efforts and budgets to ensure that students
            get the best teachers and administrators available. The new Regional Consortium Job Board will have national reach in
            recruiting the best candidates available.

            Member districts are provided the opportunity to purchase products and services directly from awarded vendors through
            localized purchasing services. Districts’ use of cooperatives ensures compliance with federal and state purchasing stat-
            utes. Cooperative purchasing provides access to more products and services over purchasing individually.
