Schedule study visit on Research Processing Calendar
Click “Accept”
Log into EPIC
Sign the Order(s)
Go to Schedule and Look-Up Clinic
Click “Accept”
Double-Click on Correct Patient
Go to Summary tab and Verify the collection method ‘Unit or Lab collect’
Go To Order Entry
Click “Accept”
Type “Spin and Hold-Study Sample”
Go to Specimen Collection Tasks and click “Spin and Hold-Study Sample”
Complete the Fields in the Order Accordingly
Select all orders and Print requisition
Associate Lab Orders add ICD- 10 code Z00.6
