4. Once in the Therapy Plan you should see all the items that were included in the build of the plan. This could include, but not limited to IP medication(s), emergency medication(s), other required medication(s) and lab orders.
5. Therapy Plans are listed as an “order” and will need to be released according to the specifications of the Study Visit.
6. Use the EPIC Association QRG and SOP EPIC Research Billing Compliance.
7. In order to release the orders, click ‘Begin Treatment xx’ at the top of the page. Boxes will appear to the left of the each item/order. Click the boxes that are associated with the orders you need. Once all have been clicked and you are ready to release them, there will be a ‘Release’ tab to click beside the ‘Begin Treatment xx’ tab. Click the ‘Release’ tab. Medication and lab orders should print to the EPIC designated printer for the station you are at.
