8. Scroll to the bottom of the Advanced audio options screen. This screen displays the order of preference your system will use for your audio devices. A blue check mark will indicate what devices are your current selections. In the case of Ringer/Alerts you will not see a check mark if All Devices has been selected on the previous page.
9. If your preferred device is not listed at the top of a section click on that device and then use the arrows to move it to the top. Repeat this with other devices until you have them in the order you prefer.
10. Click Apply to save your settings.
11. Click OK to return to the main screen to accept calls.
Note: If you have any issues hearing callers or if callers cannot hear you return to these screens and make any necessary changes.
