3.3 In the General Information tab, the “Billing status” should read active. If the study is listed as inactive, a Hospital Account Record (HAR) will not be generated.
3.4 In the Users and Providers tab, verify that PI and CRC names are reflective of the current SOA and personnel status in Velos.
