Guidelines

DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING ZOOM

1. You can download Zoom by clicking here: https://zoom.us/download
2. In the Download Center click on the Download button under Zoom
Client for Meetings. Then locate and run the Zoom installer (default
location is the downloads folder).

JOINING THE MEETING

1. Find your session in the meeting app. Click on the link to join the live
conference.
The link of ICAGRI zoom meeting is provided below:

2. Alternatively, you may have also been emailed or given from WhatsApp
group of Zoom invite with a link and, or a Meeting ID and password.
3. You can click on the link or enter the Meeting ID and password in
the Desktop application or in the Zoom website in the top right corner
where it says, Join a Meeting.
4. You will then be prompted with the following window, click Allow. A
window will appear with the following choices. Choose Test Speaker
and Microphone and follow the prompts to test your audio
5. If you are a Presenter, please use the virtual background attached and
assigned for presenter. Identify your self by write your Name with Room
Number_Your Absence Number_Name of Presenter. For Example
Room A-1_1_S Kasimin.
6. If you are a Participant, please use the virtual background attached
and assigned for participant. Identify your self by write your Name with
NP_ Your Name for example NP_Dian
7. Please maintain in the general room for all main activities such as for
registration, opening ceremony, keynote speaker speech.
