Technology in Health education


                  Health education

                  Health education is any combination of learning experiences designed to

                  help individuals and communities improve their health, by increasing their

                  knowledge or influencing their attitudes.

                  Technology

                  The application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes in a

                  particular area, especially in industry, engineering, medicine, and

                  education.

                  Educational technology

                  The study and ethical practice of facilitating learning and improving

                  performance by creating, using, and managing

                  appropriate technological processes and resources."

                   Distance learning

                  Distance learning is the education of students who may not always be

                  physically present at a school.

                  OR

                  Distance learning is the technical support and methods necessary to teach

                  the women and her family who are physically separated from their health

                  educator provider.

                  Types of learning


                  1-Synchronous learning

                  Learning that happens at the same time for the instructor and the learners,

                  meaning that there’s real-time interaction between them. It can happen

                  on- or offline.
