                  The benefits of synchronous learning

                       Interaction between participants.

 Exchange of knowledge and experience between participants.

 Real-time feedback for the instructor.

 Training happens on a fixed schedule.

                     2- Asynchronous learning

 Learning that doesn’t necessarily happen at the same time for the

instructor and the learners. There’s no real-time interaction; the content

is created and made available for consumption later on.

                      For example:

                       Audio-cassette.

                       Video-cassette.

                       E-mail.

                       Message board forums.

                       Printed materials.

                       Voice mail \fax.

                  The benefits of asynchronous learning

 Participants can learn in their own time and schedule

 Less work for trainers and HR managers
