Teachers, thank you for your professionalism and outstanding work ethic. It has been a great honor
to serve our community by your side. You have my highest respect and admiration and I will forever
be grateful to you for your selfless commitment to our students.
Early Childhood Center: Please continue fostering the 100 languages of children. Always honor our
students’ ability to grow and develop into independent learners and thinkers. Let our children
explore, inquire, investigate, discover, and demonstrate their learning through different means. Our
students deserve to be exposed to experiences that spark their imagination and nurture their
creativity. Take advantage of our beautiful campus that allows our students to explore and learn
from their environment and surroundings. Guide our students in this journey as they prepare for
Elementary School.
Elementary School: Let’s continue the Makerspace culture! Our students learn by doing and they
deserve to have the space and freedom to be creative, design, build, play, collaborate and
communicate. Please continue encouraging students to stretch their minds, solve problems, and
build the confidence they'll need to succeed in school and in life.
IAA Community: Our green efforts have inspired all of us to care more about our planet. This
initiative has shaped our habits. Let’s continue supporting the no plastic/styrofoam policy on
campus. Say no to plastic and yes to life!

IAA isn’t just a school, it’s a community we have built together. Thanks for the wonderful memories.
Take on new challenges, push yourselves in new directions, and strive for excellence in everything
you do! You will always be in my heart,
Ms. K
