What is stress...?




       Stress is our body's response to pressure!                                              How can we deal with




          - It often happens when we experience                                                   stress and anxiety...?

                                                                                        You could write down how you're feeling in a

                                                                                    journey, or talk to someone to relief this emotion!

                                                                                        Look for a pattern to look what triggers your

                                                                                                                       stress.
