What is stress...?
Stress is our body's response to pressure! How can we deal with
- It often happens when we experience stress and anxiety...?
something new, unexpected or threatening our
sense of self, or when we feel we have little - Accept you cannot control everything!
control over a situation. Put your stress in perspective: Ask yourself " Is it
really as bad as you think?"
- Do Your Best!
Instead of aiming for perfection, which isn't
possible, be proud of however close you get!
- Maintain a Positive attitude!
Make an effort to replace any negative thoughts
with positives one.
- Express yourself!
You could write down how you're feeling in a
journey, or talk to someone to relief this emotion!
Look for a pattern to look what triggers your
stress.
