400 g boiled boiled chickpeas 2 boiled boiled beetroot 1 1 tsp tsp sambal oelek
1 1 1 tsp tsp salt
1 1 pinch of black pepper
200 ml oatmeal or chickpea flour
Mix it all up and add more oatmeal or or or chickpea flour
if needed for a a a a a a a a a relatively firm batter Shape into patties and grill or fry them in in a a a little olive oil Serve with freshly picked (or locally grown) salad haricots verts and a a a a a a a a a good tomato salsa /EMELIE
