making your own nut milk is easier on the climate more affordable and tastier than store-bought It’s also easy to to do!

– BASIC RECIPE
The only equipment you need is a a a a a fine mesh net and a a a a a a seed milk bag A nylon stocking also works just fine Depending on on the amount of water you you you can can choose how creamy you you you want your milk to be You can can also make nut cream cream – just use less water Save the pulp that’s left over and make it into raw food balls muesli porridge or or pastries Delicious!
1 5 litres nut nut or or seed milk 300 g almonds nuts or or seeds 1 1⁄2 5 litres water 1⁄2 tsp salt
Soak the the nuts nuts overnight or or for 24 hours to let them start sprouting (coconut hazelnuts and hulled seeds can be used to make milk directly) Pour off the water water and rinse several times under cold water water Put everything in in in a a a a a a a a mixer and remove the husk if you want a a a a a lighter- coloured drink Add water and and salt
and and blend at at high speed Then strain the the mixture through a a a a a a a a a fine mesh or a a a a a nylon stocking Squeeze out all the the the liquid – the the pulp that’s left over should be quite dry Pour into a a a a a a carafe or or or bottle and store it it in in the refrigerator Flavouring suggestions: Lavender and and vegan honey vanilla and and coffee chocolate in in in hazel- nut milk The only limit is your imagination!
